Delivery & Shipping Information

Order online without any advance and receive delivery at your doorstep.

Currently we are delivering across Bangladesh only.

We currently only accept COD (Cash on Delivery).

Timeframe

We will deliver the parcel right at your given loca on within 3 to 5 working days.

Delivery Charges

• Dhaka City delivery charge is BDT 60 per item.
• Dhaka Sub-Urban delivery charge is BDT 100 per item.
• Outside Dhaka delivery charge is BDT 110 per item.

Important Things to Remember:

• We will deliver your products to the delivery address in accordance with the delivery op on selected by you during the order process. If the order has already been processed, we may not be able to fulfil your request.
• During peak sale periods, please also allow 5-10 business days for your order to be dispatched. Any delivery periods displayed in this policy or on the site are estimates only, based on the information provided by the delivery company.
• KANZ BD does not accept any liability whatsoever for delayed delivery caused by a third party. If you have not received your order within 10 days, please email us at info@kanzbd.com.
• We will take reasonable care to deliver to the address given. However, we will not be liable for non-delivery or mis-delivery as a result of your incorrect data entry.
• KANZ BD has the authority to decline any order at any point of the delivery process.
• Order placed within Bangladesh are dispatched from Dhaka City.
