Only 50ml fragrance bottles are eligible for exchanges.
Collectives, such as the Discovery Set is NOT eligible to be exchanges, as these creations are considered final sale, unless faulty.
Exchanges are only acceptable if there is any faulty with the product.
The cost of exchange shipping at the customer’s expense is non-refundable and has to be borne by the customer. This also includes purchases that have been returned to the sender due to incorrect address or failure to collect.
All 50ml fragrance bottles are eligible for exchanges , within 7 days of receiving your order.
50ml purchased on Pre-Order are still eligible to be exchanged. The exchange policy begins from the date your order is delivered.
Due to the made to order nature of our products we do offer 1 me exchanges. If you decide you want to exchange your 50ml purchase, you may do so within the timeframe to receive an exchange to which you then can re-choose your desired fragrance and place the order.
We reserve the right to deny an exchange if items are returned late, used or damaged in any other way. Denied exchanges will be shipped back to the customer.

Our Discovery Set includes FIVE of our signature scents in 5 ml atomisers, so you can experience them all before committing to a full-sized purchase. Please note, we do not offer refunds/return or exchange on our DISCOVERY SET, unless faulty, as this is a sample set for you to test all of our fragrances.
